Name, address, phone, email, date of birth, demographic data, preferences, payment information, and communication history.

15. Franchise Independence
Each Bodenvy franchisee is independently owned and operated.
Local data may be processed by Bodenvy Franchising LLC for CRM, compliance, or analytics.
16. Additional Legal Protections
No Warranty
All website content is provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, uptime, or completeness.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Total liability of all Covered Parties is limited to $100 or the amount paid in the past six months, whichever is greater.

Covered Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Class-Action Waiver
You waive participation in class, collective, or representative actions to the extent permitted by law.
Arbitration & Venue
All disputes must be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under AAA rules.
Jury trial is waived.
Third-Party Responsibility
We are not liable for actions or failures of franchisees, vendors, carriers, or integrated systems.
Voluntary Submission Risk
You acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic communication outside Bodenvy’s control.
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify all Covered Parties for claims arising from misuse of the site or communications.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events beyond reasonable control.
17. International Access
If accessed outside the U.S., data is governed by U.S. law and stored in the United States.
18. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically.
Changes are effective upon posting.
Material changes will be communicated by email or website notice.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages from Bodenvy, which may be sent using automated technology, regarding appointments, reminders, offers, wellness updates, and promotional information. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
Bodenvy operates a communication program that sends opted-in subscribers appointment reminders, promotional offers, body-sculpting and weight-loss tips, post-treatment care instructions, and requests for feedback. You may receive up to 20 calls or text messages weekly.
20A. Withdraw Your Consent
To opt out of receiving calls or text messages, submit your phone number through our “Do Not Call / Do Not Text” form. Your number will be added to our internal DNC/DNT lists.
