15. Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Bodenvy agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or member of any alleged class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding.

You and Bodenvy mutually waive any right to participate in or bring class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, mass actions, or consolidated proceedings.

Severability: If any part of this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain fully effective, and disputes shall still be resolved individually.

Delegation Clause: Any question about the interpretation, enforceability, scope, or validity of this class-action waiver or the arbitration provision shall be decided exclusively by the arbitrator, not a court.
