Whether a treatment is right for you is determined only during an in-person consultation with our licensed professionals.

2. Results Vary

Every body is different. No specific result, outcome, time frame, or percentage of improvement is guaranteed. Testimonials and before/after photos reflect individual experiences — including some exceptional ones — and may include compensated participants or bodenvy staff; where that is the case, it is disclosed alongside the testimonial. They do not represent typical results.

3. Treatment Safety Information

• CoolSculpting / CoolSculpting Elite. FDA-cleared for fat reduction in specific areas; not a weight-loss procedure. CoolSculpting works by permanently eliminating the treated fat cells — once destroyed, those cells do not return. Remaining fat cells can still enlarge with weight gain, so lasting results depend on maintaining a stable weight. Not for those with cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. Temporary pulling, swelling, or numbness is common. A rare risk, Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), occurs in roughly 0.01–0.1% of treatments and causes fat enlargement in the treated area.
• CoolTone. FDA-cleared for toning the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. Not for use over pacemakers, defibrillators, or metal implants, or during pregnancy.
• EnvyRF+. Not for those who are pregnant or nursing, or who have implants in the area, open wounds, or severe skin conditions.
• About "permanent" results. Statements about permanent fat elimination on this website refer only to CoolSculpting and CoolSculpting Elite, which destroy treated fat cells. Other services — including muscle toning, skin tightening, laser-assisted fat loss, and cellulite treatments — work differently and do not permanently remove fat cells; their results vary and may require maintenance. • Medical weight-loss programs. For adults who meet clinical eligibility only, under physician supervision. Results depend on adherence, metabolism, and individual factors. Side effects and monitoring requirements are reviewed with you individually before starting.
• HRT programs. Physician-supervised; benefits and risks are reviewed individually before treatment.

4. FDA Status

Our devices (including CoolSculpting Elite, CoolTone, and EnvyRF+) are FDA-cleared for their indicated uses. Supplements and wellness products may be compounded or not evaluated by the FDA; statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Your Part

Safe treatment depends on accurate information. Please disclose your medical conditions, medications, and allergies, and follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.

6. Offers and Pricing

Promotional offers may be limited in time, location, and eligibility, and any conditions (such as an oversight or consultation fee) are disclosed at the offer. Discount claims are measured against our regular prices. Treatments described as achieving results "in as little as one treatment" describe the minimum, not the typical experience; many clients need multiple sessions, as discussed at your consultation. Services, pricing, promotions, device availability, and provider credentials vary by location. If you purchase a multi-session package or recurring plan, its billing, cancellation, and refund terms are in your purchase agreement.

7. Photos, Media, and Reviews

Before/after photos and video on this website are of actual bodenvy clients, used with their written consent, unless labeled otherwise. If you provide a review, photo, or testimonial, we use it only with your permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.

9. Assumption of Risk

All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, some of which may not be foreseeable. By choosing treatment you acknowledge these risks and that results vary.
