In his late 30s that changed. He took a comprehensive approach — nutrition, body composition, strength, and the data behind his own health — and it transformed not just his body but how he understood sustainable weight loss.

I am a Miami native, and I spent more than fifteen years in banking and finance — a career built on understanding people, building relationships, and helping clients navigate the decisions that actually matter to them. What brought me to Bodenvy had nothing to do with any of that.
For most of my life my weight went up and down. I tried nearly every diet and every approach there is. And like a lot of people, I could lose the weight — that part was never really the problem. Keeping it off, without the right knowledge, structure and support behind me, was a completely different challenge.
In my late thirties, my perspective changed. I stopped chasing the next diet and started taking a comprehensive approach instead — nutrition, body composition, strength, and actually understanding the data behind my own health. That is the part nobody had ever shown me. It transformed my body, and more importantly it transformed how I understood what sustainable weight loss really takes.

That journey is what led me to Bodenvy, and to a much bigger vision for bringing it to Miami-Dade County. My goal was never to open another med spa. It was to build a Transformation Center — a place where people get the guidance, the technology, the nutrition, the coaching and the support they need to make real changes to their bodies and their health.
Success isn’t helping someone lose weight or finish a treatment. It’s giving them the foundation, the education and the accountability to keep it.
So we combine a data-driven, medically guided approach to weight loss with personalized nutrition, advanced body-contouring technology and ongoing coaching. Not one treatment in isolation — the whole picture, which is what it actually takes and what a traditional med spa was never built to do.
