The bodenvy Text Program
When you opt in on one of our forms, bodenvy sends appointment reminders, scheduling messages, and — if you chose them — offers and promotions by text. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.

Stopping Is Always Easy
Reply STOP, tell us in any reasonable way — by email, phone, or in person — or ask a staff member. We honor every opt-out promptly, and always within ten business days. Stopping marketing texts does not stop the appointment reminders you have asked for; tell us if you want those stopped too.
Email, Too
Our marketing emails follow the same philosophy and the CAN-SPAM Act: every one identifies bodenvy as the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are honored promptly, and always within ten business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop appointment confirmations or other service messages you have requested.
The Fine Print
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy; we never share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing, and text messaging opt-in data is never sold. Consent applies to the number you provided; tell us if your number changes.
