Third parties may not use Bodenvy data for their independent marketing.

10. State Privacy Rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia

Residents may access, correct, delete, or opt out of profiling.

Nevada

We do not sell data as defined by SB 220.

Florida

We comply with FIPA & FTSA regarding security and telemarketing consent.

Equivalent rights honored for all other states upon verified request.

11. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If such data is inadvertently received, it is deleted immediately.

External links or widgets (e.g., Meta, HubSpot, YouTube, booking systems) have independent privacy policies. Bodenvy is not responsible for the practices or accessibility of third-party systems.

15. International Transfers

Bodenvy primarily serves U.S. residents. If accessed abroad, data is governed by U.S. law and stored in the United States.

16. Additional Legal Protections

No Warranty

This Policy does not create contractual rights. No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted or error-free system performance.

Third-Party Responsibility

Bodenvy is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of franchisees, vendors, carriers, or integrated third-party services.

Voluntary Submission

You acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic transmission despite reasonable safeguards.

Class-Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved individually; class or representative actions are waived where permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodenvy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for services in the six months before the event or $100—whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

No Medical Guarantee or Employment Relationship

Website information does not constitute medical advice or create a doctor-patient or employment relationship.

Consumer Responsibility

You are responsible for submitting accurate information.

Electronic Communications Risk

Franchisees must indemnify Bodenvy Franchising LLC for claims arising from their independent operations.

Arbitration & Venue

Binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida under AAA rules. Jury trial and class arbitration waived where permitted.

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bodenvy and its affiliates for claims arising from misuse of the website or communications.

Security Incidents / Force Majeure

We will notify affected individuals of breaches as required by law. Bodenvy is not responsible for events outside reasonable control.

Limitation of Damages & No Reliance

Use of website information is at your own risk.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Reservation of Rights

Bodenvy may modify or discontinue parts of the site or communications to maintain legal compliance.
